My Samsung cell phone (SCH-u740) is junk and idiot design

Samsung Electronics complaint by Cricci

i bought this phone so that i could double it as a music player.

you can't use music as your ring tone.

you can't start the music without flipping open the phone, even though the 'play' and 'next' buttons light up when you press them (unless their pointlessly keylocked).

you can only play music from "rotated mode," though it will keep playing in vertical mode while constantly telling you "my music available in rotated mode".

the quick keys can only be set to certain tools and not others.

it holds about 8 songs.

pressing 'options' while music is playing stops the music.

the camera has no zoom, but tons of other "effects."

and here's the kicker: the screen never goes out while music is playing. it doesn't even dim, not even when you CLOSE the phone. the battery is shot after a month or two.

Samsuck, what were you thinking?

you newb. first its a good phone. and your not using it correctly. if you want music as a ring tone.. all you do is. make a 20 second clip on your comptuer then email it to your#@vzwpix.com.. second if you want to play music and dont want to open the phone. hold down the play botton till it starts flashing. hit it again and it plays. it holds 8 songs? if your storing songs on your internatl memory i think your a retard. BUY A miniSD. and last the phone does have zoom. goodluck.
