New Samsung refrigerator-keeps breaking-no customer service

After purchasing a Samsung model # RM255BARB refrigerator. (New model with 4 compartments -you have the option to have more freezer space or more refrigerator space.) One refrigerature compartment keeps breaking, freezing up and ruining food. It was out previously for a whole month and during Thanksgiving. It has been broken again this time for over 20 days. We have had a very hard time dealing with Samsung customer representatives, getting it repaired, having phone calls returned and etc. After having it a year- it has been broken for about 50 days. We want our money back to purchase a different brand. $2600.00 to be exact !!

-- Still broken with no satisfaction. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

I BOUGHT SIMILAR PRODUCT FROM LOWES.  

HAD TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 

NO HELP FROM LOWES . 

TERRIBLE PLACE TO BE BUYING APPLIANCES IS LOWES.
