I being fool for samsung suck and terrible service regarding for my refrigerator.... my goodness, my fridge only brought for 4mths.

My horrible experience and let me no more trust for SAMSUNG.... bad experience and unreliable customer service.

They are all lier....... no one respond to my problem directly....

This is a turth story, I have all work order no. from their unreliable NORTH WEST service agent...TRANSGLOBAL... such a world worst service agent.... wonder why samsung still contract with them.

Don't even try to buy the model : RB195ZA,

I being the fool, please you are not the next one.

This is my turth story.... my report can be found under their conversation record 4002158368... this is not the lastest onel, because the last call, they promist will follow up from email but nothing come up.

Wish no more being a fool customer anymore....
