Samsung service dept just dumps you !

Samsung Electronics complaint

I purchased a $3000.00 Samsung LCD tv. It has a serious electronic defect. When I call them about this, they (Samsung) have a terrible attitude. They dumped me to some supposed "authorized service center" Who doesn't call and doesn't answer the phone! (for 5 days now)

When I call samsung and tell them this, they take the attitude that its now MY problem and give me the phone # for the service center. I am just LIVID

so I go on line looking for someone in the main office to complain to and they just keep sending you back to the incompetant call center. In other words YOU HAVE BEEN DUMPED! Beware !! SAMSUNG DOESN"T CARE !!

Same thing is happening with me, I bought the Blu ray DVD player and it start malfunctioning. I contacted the so called customer care, they asked me to fax the proof of purchase. I have faxed it three time and each time they said they did not get it and now its been 8 days they never contacted and now they are not answering the phone.
