Ive been using mobiles since i bought my first Motorola Microtac 2. Great phone. I have had them all. But for absolute frustration and stupid design, this wins hands down. Try operating the touch screen (and i have small fingers) without cancelling things, opening the browser accidentally, or doing God knows what. The design is idiotic and almost unuseable. Sorry guys at Samsung but clearly no one at Research must have even tried the functionality. Not to mention the fact tht if you are on a call, you cannot activate the phone to do anything else (like look up a number), because it is a touch screen, nothing works when it is open!!! Genius!!!
