I bought a $300.00 laser printer (CLP300) on Jan 19/07. Left side of invoices started to fade after three months. Called them & was told to shave the unit. Yes it worked for about another three months & then the same problem arised. Of course I called again & they said they were looking into the matter. Every time I called I felt like I was disturbing them during their lunch or favorite soap opera. They all have major attitude. I sure they are trained that way. Product comes with 1 year warr. BULL. After numerous calls they tell me its the imagining unit & that its not their problem. For the imagining unit only has a 6 month warranty. Wasteless amount of time spent on the phone for absolutely nothing.
