they ruined my music system

i had sent my music system for repair in their nehru place delhi service centre,they charged me without rectifying the fault. still despite calling their call centre or their delhi,service centre in india noothing is happening.am thinking of suing them now as i am sick and tired now.and i dont recomend any one to buy any samsung products in india at all.
any ways all the companies are more or like the same in india.suresh iyer delhi india.even a brand new t .v had a fault can u imagine,and all the service or sales people are trying to please their seniors for a promotion thats all
