Although there is no drop or impact on my Samsung A72 phone, I experience occasional freezing on the screen. When I went to the service, they did not take it under warranty due to a small scratch on the back case of the phone.
I think it's a chronic problem. There is no problem with the screen, the touch is a problem. It is not a commercially ethical behavior to not take it under warranty just because there is a small scratch on an unrelated part of the phone. I've been using Samsung for 14 years and I've never had such a problem.
Customer representative and technical service are very understanding.
I say pick up the phone and examine it, they are never there. Samsung is regrettable.

Very poor online customer support. Reps had a hard time with English and frequently misspelled provided information. Very slow it’s online support and wouldn’t hold a number in call-back line

Its been a month I purchased Samsung AC. Everytime I contact Samsung Service Center at Cuddalore (Madhavi), the response from their side is not appropriate.
She never prioritizes the issue and her approach towards customer is very bad & not friendly. Before analysing the issue, she mentioned about charges for filter cleaning. She says everytime the technician for Thirupapuliyur is not available. Their leads Prem and Namasivayam never pick calls or care about the issue customer faces.
Even if the person in samsung customer care says about prioritizing the issue, the service centre people at Cuddalore never prioritize customer issues. Not sure why customer service is very bad here.
My AC gives bad odour on initial few mins within a month.
No technicians give proper support on autoclean and filter reset with its required duration during visit. The AC filter slit gives more dust frequently and it requires to be cleant every 3 days.

Bad Product, Absolutely terrible customer service
I ordered a TV from Samsung.com and it didn't work correctly, the speakers would make a rumbling sound. This is what happened:
1.
They sent somebody out to look at it. They told me they already ordered the part and they would come back next Tuesday to fix it.
2. I waited for them on Tuesday and they didn't show up.
3. When I called to ask when they were coming, they said they can't get the part so they will offer an eCoupon for me to buy a new one as soon as the broken one is picked up.
4.
After they schedule pickup, they miss the window and show up outside of pickup hours and while kids are being put to bed.
5. The eCoupon is issued. I wait 2 weeks until the TV I want is on sale and then try to access it. The eCoupon link doesn't actually work.
I call and they say wait 24-48 hours for them to fix it.
6. After 48 hours I call back. They say it's been sent to the coupon team and there is no way to know how long it will take. The 24-48 hour estimate was apparently a lie.
Now they say it's typically 3-5 days but they can't promise anything. The coupon team doesn't take calls so there's no way to expedite it. They can't guarantee I'll get the items I want while they're on sale, even though it's their fault I can't use the eCoupon. They say there's nothing else they can or will do to help me and I can just wait.
I will likely lose hundreds of dollars from this delay and they will do nothing to fix it, despite it clearly being their fault.
All of the people I talked to were very polite and respectful. The problem is not the employees. Unfortunately the product was bad, but the bigger issue is the policies are so incredibly bad they couldn't make it right. I ordered my TV on Black Friday.
It's February; They still have my money and I don't have a TV or even an eCoupon.
Also, the supervisor of the exchanges and refunds team told me there is no way to file a complaint about exchanges and refunds policies. Hopefully this will work in some way.

i had a hour of my time wasted trying to get a issue with the galaxy store fixed ( called last month got a temp fix) all i got was insulted and same script , got a supervisor who just transfered me back to another script reader, got hung up on by 4th
