After returning a monitor to Samsung.com, I called to check on the status of my refund (this was after 3 weeks, and still no money.) the lady at eComers claimed that Samsung will report any prank callers, and that I should hang up. When I told the women i wasn't prank calling, she hung up on me.

I am re-writing the complaint and attaching the required documents. I had bought SAMSUNG plasma TV 43” model No PS43E40B1R from Samsung authorized dealer in Karachi ( Jaffar & Sons , contact No. 92-21-35293266 ) about 2 years back at cost of PKR 70,000 (21/11/12). Within one month from purchase it had developed fault in its screen. After repeated complaints for replacement with new set only screen was replaced by Samsung. Now again the screen has gone defective, TV stopped working with a weird cracking sound & only red power light is blinking. On payment got this cheeked through another authorized dealer “ Electro Palace “ and its technician confirmed that screen is short and it will cost another PKR 40,000 for replacement without any warranty . After going through different blogs, complaints forums and social interactions on internet, I come to the conclusion that most of the plasma TV sold worldwide by Samsung had defective screen. This is further confirmed as same issue developed with same type of model bought by with my brother-in-law about 2 years back. I want immediate compensation of this loss through reimbursement of total cost or replacement with a brand new TV (LCD / LED not plasma) I am totally disappointed with Samsung brand as it has deprived me of my hard earned money through sale their defective products.

Within the first two years we had issues with the ice maker, on the technician second visit he told me there was a broken part. Around the fourth year the fan motor broke causing all food to waste and we were without a refrigerator for around a week waiting for the part. And just three month past the fifth year of purchase the refrigerator quit cooling completely causing all food to waste again. A technician replaced the control board for $324.00 and still doesn't work so I decided buy another refrigerator brand before throwing more money on the "lemon". The model of the "lemon" is RS2530BSH/XAA and this made me lose complete confidence on Samsung appliances as a whole.

I tried to approach SAMSUNG Customer Service via their WEB site and the way it works is a dropdown menu comes up with model numbers to choose to proceed. The model number I have doesn't show so I cannot proceed with the claim.

So not only they sold a "lemon" but also have a poor customer service.

I moved into a Jayman Masterbuilt home with brand new Samsung appliances in January 2011. Just after the one year warranty was up on our Samsung dishwasher, it broke. The repairman told us it would cost more to fix than to replace. So we went ahead and replaced it with a Bosch and haven't had a problem since. Last month our Samsung fridge stopped working. We replaced the compressor for $740. The fridge stopped working again the next day. When the repairman came back he told us that the fridge was leaking internally and was irreparable. Samsung refuses to recognize that the fridge was not manufactured properly and that the reason why the compressor went is because of the internal leak! They maintain that the compressor is all they will reimburse which cost a measly $240. So in three short years we have spent almost $4000 on replacing brand new appliances made by Samsung. NEVER buy Samsung. They have no customer relations and do not care for their clients.

You are so right! They are terrible to deal with as they will just pass you on to another person.

They have even given me phone numbers to call that are not in service.

DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES !!!!

purchased washer in 2/13 and it has never worked properly. Clothes came out of final cycle still dripping wet and no matter how little soap was used I have to do an additional rinse to get all of the soap out. Bleach runs out of dispenser and down the front of the machine while you are adding it. My 1st service call shortly after purchase I was told that the problem of wet clothing was because I was mixing the load; socks w/underwear, t-shirts w/jeans, etc. Currently on my 6th service call since June 2014 because the machine gets to the final spin cycle and gets stuck at 7 min left and it just keeps going and going until you manually shut it off. Clothes still dripping wet due to incomplete rinse cycle. Front load model WF405SATPAEWR/A2

Samsung Electronics in Fresno, California - S4 burning up locking up and Samsung won't do anything at all

I had my phone for less than 6 months and it is burning up and won't turn on or off and locks up and restarts anytime I need it. So much for a phone that needs to stay on contract for 2 years and be used for emergencies. I contacted Samsung and they said pay to mail it in will be at least 4 weeks before I may get it back but could be longer and in the mean time I would be out of a phone. That was the best solution they could give me. What terrible customer service and because I bought it through Best Buy I can't even get my Carrier Verizon to help with a replacement phone or early upgrade without paying full price. I paid $200 when this phone came out why in the world would I pay $600 for a new one?? Very disappointed with Best Buy for the *** phones they sell and lack of service they are willing to provide and even more disappointed with Samsung- they are just in it for the money and don't care about the quality of their products or services to fix them.

My Galaxy 4 also burned. It's been a nightmare.

After several phone calls I finally got the box to ship it back in. The phone burned my counter-top so I have a pissed off apartment manager. The Samsung person insists management speak to him but he refuses to give a phone number or anything but an email. He wants their phone number, management has told me they will NOT take care of this.

I believe they finally e-mailed Mr. Samsung, who knows. I found a note on my door last week I either replace the counter or face fines and fee's which will lead to eviction.

Samsung keeps saying this is an insurance matter yet he won't give me any insurance information.

I will never again buy anything Samsung. I had another phone die, same story trying to get them to fix it.

It was returned and I never heard another word. If they are vying for worst customer service in history kudo's to them, they have surpassed *** customer service.

I bought a Samsung TV in 2011 and paid $1889.99 and suddenly the screen was sowing pictures with half white lines. I called customer service and they gave me phone numbers of authorized technician and the guy came and diagnosed that the panel is gone which is the most expensive part of the TV. I called customer service knowing the fact that my TV is out of warranty, the customer service did not bother to stand behind the product.Remember, the warranty is for 1 year so they know that their products are good for just one year. They are fooling customers and I think customers should stop buying Samsung products. Samsung customer service is the worst.

So you knew the tv was out of warranty when you called, yet you say Samsung doesn't stand behind their product. Samsung stood behind it for one whole year. How long do you expect a warranty to last?

Shortly after buying a Samsung 67" DLP TV, I noticed a white spot issue that many others have been talking about online. I was not that bothered by it, so I let it go. It got worse though to the point now that the TV is just about unwatchable with the constellation of white spots all over the screen. Apparently there was a lawsuit and a recall involved for their DLP TVs a few years ago, but my TV was not on the list. To make a long story short, they say it is "normal" from the use of the TV. If it is normal for their TVs to do this after 5 years, I will definitely not be buying anything else from Samsung.
