Locked out of samsung account

Still no resolution and I'm not satisfied at all with the service. Samsung should be able to help due to me providing all metrics of information they asked for for my account...I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THE OLD PHONE OR ACCOUNT INFO JUST THE PHONE NUMBER ...I JUST NEED MY NEW NUMBER UPDATED SO THAT WAY IF MY PHONE GETS LOST I CAN FIND IT ..

Trying to get recall check for Months

Told we were getting a refund for a washing machine that was recalled. Weve spent days and hours talking into customer service . Lots of promises that the check is in the mail. What a joke!!! We were even told we had to keep the nonworking washing machine. It sat on side of our house for weeks until we had enough. Absolutely insane!!

Waiting on repaired phone

I have been over a month trying to get my Galaxy 3 Zfold repaired

The phone is about 7 months old

The phone had a cracked screen protector on large screen

I have insurance on phone but repair came back for damaged back screen and said it would cost 107.17

I disagreed but paid the amount

There was nothing wrong with back screen when I sent it in

I have talked to Samsung many times with been on hold for over 5 hours in all

I've been told a supervisor would call me

It never happened

I am totally upset

I pay bills, do business on my phone

The loaner phone had minimal memory

Also, when this started

A Samsung rep told be I qualified for a large discount on Samsung TV

From her in Phillipines I purchase 2 TV for 399.00 each with exspectation of 80% rebate

Found out she either lied or was mistaken

I sent them both back

Bottom line

I need my phone back

I have all Samsung appliances 4 big screen TV s

A loyal customer

I am very disappointed with Samsung support

Your help will be greatly appreciated

Representative transferred me directly to survey and did not help at all. I am very disappointed as the screen is broke and it is on going and unable to be fixed. As well as nothing else being offered to help in the mean time. This is very disappointing to find out especially since this phone was just purchased in January.

Broken washer - almost new

Samsung Electronics - Broken washer - almost new
It is outrageous what is happening, I bought mine Smart Washer and Dryer in 2017 and now, after 4,5 years the washer is not working properly, the cycle stops in the middle and stops spinning. Samsung sent a tech, charged me $140 and Samsung told me they cannot help me, as the part to fix it is not available. Has been 4 weeks now. I even offered them a trade in, so I could get it resolved and buy a new one for fair price - a machine like this should last 15 years they said NO.

Screen damaged

My chromebook would not charge properly for 2 days.After that I finally got it to power on and when it did the screen was grey and black. I use this laptop for school so it just sits on top of my desk.

Nightmare damage to my home and no refrigerator for weeks.Was told it was escalated but locked in Brenda’s department no available means to contact Brenda

I have been without a refrigerator for over two weeks. First icemaker started jamming up then the freezer quit working then the waterline broke flooded my kitchen destroyed my kitchen floors. Samsung sent out a technician to look at the refrigerator but they cannot replace the parts to fix it. They said they escalated it and I will get a call back within 24 to 48 hours every single week for at least a month now. They never call And state that they will escalate the situation but nothing ever gets done.

Upper Mgmt. Call from a forty plus year faithful customer.

Call Centers lying personnel and needing help. Please advise what to do or who to call at what number. All I know is that you sent the repairmen and now my fridge is screwed up.

Good luck speaking to someone

This is a joke. You can barely get someone on the phone, and after waiting over an hour, I finally get a voice, but they can not understand what I am asking for because they are from a different country and have trouble communicating. So why is it that we have to wait over an hour to speak with someone who even can't assist us? Customer service is vital to the sales industry, and Samsung is 1 of the largest companies that should understand that.

Samsung wants phone sent in for repair instead of replacing it

I have a samsung phone less than 2 months old. Took it to a samsung repair facility. After a few hours of diagnosing I returned and was informed I would have to send it in to get repaired. Samsung told me they could fix it in 6 to 8 days. I dont have 6 to 8 days. I need my phone for important calls. I cant send it in and they wont send me a replacement. I have bought my last samsung phone.
