Tv would take 4-5 minutes to start up when cold. Excruciating hard to deal with tech due to extreme accent. Dont know if issue is resolved as tv must be off overnight to trigger problem therefore I dont know if you have solved it or not.

Was not informed that I needed to be home to receive package. I work so will cancel order as I will not take day off for this. Samsung does not allow me to set up a better way for delivery. So I'll let everyone I can know about bad company policies.dd

Just below a 3 mnts a verified Amazon purchase the phone shows a permanent green vertical line to the right of screen. Amazon returns is only 2 mnts so the window was closed.The Ad said the phone is from Samsung.

The service is barley reachable and when you do get through it is non responsive. What happen to being able to reach out to a professional and get help and guidance to resolve an issue with your electronic products that we as customers pay 100s and 100s of dollars for??? please help me understand.

The rep "Jonathan " rep number 538401**** was rude and tried to say I had to go to a samsung experience store and pay a fee when the Samsung experience stores have been closed since March.dont go with samsung! Their customer service is rude and useless!

Remote has issues took 3 different phone calls to finally get someone to do ticket for replacement.

First person never made ticket, no record in system. Second person gave me conversation ID and when I called gave it to third person still no ticket was done!!! The 3rd person I hope completed the process his name was Gufran he great, said ticket was pushed to priority I would be receiving new remote etc... EVERYTHING to do with correspondence with SAMSUNG!!! This has been going on for all most 2 months.
