We've been a loyal Samsung customer for almost 2 decades and this is the first time that we experienced this terrible customer service. We were convinced by their good marketing strategy ; offering discounts for the Samsung Z fold 4 accessories upon preorder and participating in the launch promotion of Z fold 4 series(early bird promo/handraiser).
The phone is way too expensive but we still purchased because we trusted the company and its products but turned out to be very disappointing experience after purchase. We felt like we were scammed because after we already have the device, the accessories (galaxy buds 2 pro & z fold4 standing cover with pen) we ordered online were not delivered even if we already paid them. Another sad part is that they don't seem to care. Combination of different vouchers were used upon placing the order that gave us a huge discount amounting to 15,893php which they never mentioned replacing.
Instead of addressing the issue by delivering the items, they kept requesting us to cancel our order and asking us details of our payment including card numbers without any valid reason. We were very patient, we spent time calling them, we went back and forth to the store (opted pick up location) to check if its already there. We had also followed up a lot of times through Samsung Members hotline #425299 and via email online, including their "Email the CEO" link. They just don't seem to care.
What they only offered was a voucher we can use upon reordering, which will only give us free wall charger and without any mention of replacing the 15,893php worth of vouchers. We spoke to a lot of people from their hotline.
We were even told that it has been escalated but they just made us look like a fool waiting for the promised call back that never happened. The last agent I spoke earlier named Miss Jude was very rude which made me decide to do this review.

Sent me a bad check
I guess Samsung is not a legit company!! I was granted a refund for my fridge because I had 1 repair place come 6 times then SAMSUNG REPAIR 12 NO FIX!!
It took them 14 days to send me a FRAUDULENT CHECK!! Call the day my bank looked at me like a criminal for passing a bad check. So on the 19th I speak with someone they say they DON'T UNDERSTAND how I was sent a BAD CHECK!! SO THIS NICE LADY MARIA TOLD ME THEY'D CALL IN 24 TO 72 HR NO CALL!!
FAST FORWARD TO TODAY!! I JUST GOT TOLD ID HAVE TO WAIT the *** i will just called atty and going to the district atty in pickens County because YOU BEST BET IF I WROTE THEM A BAD CHECK THE AMOUNT THIS 1 IS ID BE FACING FELONY CHARGES!! BUYER BEWARE!!
THEY WRITING BAD CHECKS TO GOOD PAYING CUSTOMERS AND ITS OUR FAULT!! PLEASE MAKE ME UNDERSTAND
