Not good service call

I called three times yesterday and waited 20 minutes for each call, and automated answering system said the technician may be too busy to accept the call! I did twice, the same thing is happening I wasted three hours waiting on phone calls

Screen damaged

My chromebook would not charge properly for 2 days.After that I finally got it to power on and when it did the screen was grey and black. I use this laptop for school so it just sits on top of my desk.

Samsung website didnt accept my resignation for washer and dryer recently purchased. There was no model numbers in the options for registering. Is it still necessary to register the products for warranty? If I cant register, should I pay for the service in case they are out of order? Tech support

Tv would take 4-5 minutes to start up when cold. Excruciating hard to deal with tech due to extreme accent. Dont know if issue is resolved as tv must be off overnight to trigger problem therefore I dont know if you have solved it or not.

Not responsive well.

Freezer not making enough ice.I called many time to fix or if possible to change the refrigerator.They came here once and fixed it.But it was not fixed properly.It has same issue again.

User's recommendation: Not buy Samsung products.
