Every time I have any issue I start with a chat they send you to a link which if your savvy you already have found. You save you've tried that they tell you to schedule service.
I scheduled service. One day later I received an email saying it didn't sound like I needed service to please revisit tech support. This on line back and forth is USELESS. I have several samsung products I have TV's DVD's, refrigerators, microwave and yet reaching a live person is next to impossible.
Tech support is a bunch of web site navigators. I won't buy any Samsungs products ever again.
