Went through their website and my Samsung account to add Samsung Care+ to my new watch (Bluetooth) only. It only gave me the option of purchasing the regular Samsung Care+ not the one with theft and loss.
I went through the website and had them call me. I just wanted to know if I could purchase the Care+ with Theft and Loss, a simple yes or no question. 25 minutes with one guy who sends me a link through text that takes me to the webpage I'm already on. He then says I'll transfer you to the Care+ people.
transfers me the next guy has no clue whats going on asks for an order number. Tell him the situation, he says he has to look up and see if that question is in their computer LOL, I'm on hold with him maybe a minute or 2 and the call disconnects.
I just purchased the regular Care+, lets hope my watch doesn't get lost or stolen. Unbelievably horrible service for such a huge company.
