I purchased a Galaxy S8+ and within a week the so called amazing Gorilla glass screen has a couple of scratches. I never laid it on it's face or laid anything on the glass.
It is stored in my pocket or purse pocket by itself. Never rubbed anything against it. So tell me how it got scratched? Reached out to Samsung and they wanted to charge me another $200 and up to fix the screen.
I have owned 3 other Samsung phones and never had one scratch and never used a screen protector. The response I received was the screens are sensitive and this can happen if you don't use a screen protector. Really? Sensitive?
If they are so sensitive, then why don't they tell you this when you purchase the phone and recommend a screen protector?
Why is it my boss has the same exact phone, keeps it in his pocket, with no case or screen protector for the last six months and not one scratch? Never been so disappointed in Samsung for not stepping up and trying to make this right.
