Brought a 65 inch Samsung HD TV it when dark 1 year & 2 months after the purchase date. Brought Samsung refrigerator it shut down after 3 years.

Samsung refused to accommodate me in any way regarding my situation the Samsung customer service people said "oh well" nothing we can do about it lady. They let me know it was my problem, not their problem. These were very expensive items and they just did not care. I will never buy Samsung again if you are smart you will not buy a Samsung product.

Samsung will not stand behind their product. Also, Best Buys where the product was purchased was no help.

I will never purchase from Best Buys again. Best Buys did nothing to help me with my problem the customer service department there did nothing to help me either.
