Samsung told me they printed the box on my Blue- Ray DVD player incorrectly and it is not compatible with Netflix. I asked for a new one.
They gave me no attention. The supervisor Raymond from South Carolina was useless. How can they not offer rebates for their own mistake. I will never by a samsung electronic device ever.
Stay away from their blue ray players. I bought the BD-5700. I would like to get the number of their VP and report this to BBB.
I am sure they woud care. Anyone know the e-mail of the right VP.
