I bought a Samsung refrigerator and it is constantly in need of repair for the same issue (freezing in the back of fridge). The fridge is only 3 years old.
It is NOT under warranty but you would think since so many people are having the same issue (check online!) that maybe they at least could ANSWER my calls and emails. Their customer service is useless and they have ZERO interest in trying to help me find a solution. There have been lawsuits and there are tons of complaints.
My repair guy said that 99% of his refrigerator repairs are SAMSUNG> Save yourself!! DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG!!
