Even though they said it could take up to 3 weeks, the monitor was back in 10 days and works fine

I have a 27" samsung monitor and paid for 3 year warranty. Apparently their is a short in the monitor as it keeps blacking out.

When I called tech support, they told me to ship the unit back to them and they would either repair or replace it. But that could take up to 3 weeks. I asked for a loaner monitor for the 3 week period as I cannot be without a computer for 3 weeks. They said they cannot do that and the retailer, Tiger Direct said this was not their problem.

What a rippoff. Will never again buy a Samsung product nor will I buy anything from Tiger Direct again
