9 weeks ago I purchased at Lowe's a Samsung 21cu ft refrigerator. Thought I did my research.
Noticed last week that the temperature inside the refrigerator was low for each setting. So I put my freezer thermometer inside the fridge. Only 40 at the 3 of the 5 levels, 5 being the highest. Trying to use what foods I can but still may have a loss$$$$.
Sent an email and received response which is all the things I already checked. I did send a service ticket but with a fridge full of food hope they call. Still I am angry -- paid for and only 9 weeks old---geesh.
Am also contacting Lowes as I bought it there and used their credit card. Next time I am using a Visa/Mastercard so I can get additional protection.
