I moved into a Jayman Masterbuilt home with brand new Samsung appliances in January 2011. Just after the one year warranty was up on our Samsung dishwasher, it broke.

The repairman told us it would cost more to fix than to replace. So we went ahead and replaced it with a Bosch and haven't had a problem since. Last month our Samsung fridge stopped working. We replaced the compressor for $740.

The fridge stopped working again the next day. When the repairman came back he told us that the fridge was leaking internally and was irreparable. Samsung refuses to recognize that the fridge was not manufactured properly and that the reason why the compressor went is because of the internal leak! They maintain that the compressor is all they will reimburse which cost a measly $240.

So in three short years we have spent almost $4000 on replacing brand new appliances made by Samsung.

NEVER buy Samsung. They have no customer relations and do not care for their clients.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $4000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

You are so right! They are terrible to deal with as they will just pass you on to another person.

They have even given me phone numbers to call that are not in service.
