BTW Hindi din maganda yung accessories nila sira agad yung adapter ng charger and di matibay yung rubber ng charger. Yung earphones wala din kwenta :)

Cricket Wireless - Extremely poor customer service

Got sucked into Cricket's free phone deal. We were having a Straight talk number transferred to a new Cricket phone for my daughter. The sales rep signed us up and we had to leave the store with a non-working phone. I was told within 2 hours, internet could be used. We had nothing. Went around with a bunch of phone calls between Straight Talk and Cricket and got nowhere. By the way, the sales rep was more eager to sell me a $20 phone case and $6/month fee from music and $7/month insurance than making sure we had a working phone. Day 2 still can't use the phone but ironically I was charged for service on the day I signed up. More phone calls and nothing resolved. Day 3 still nothing is working on the phone. Phone number had already been "ported" but could not access apps, etc. After hours of being on the phone, we were finally able to text and call. That was it. Over the course of the weekend, I worked on this phone to get everything set up since, after visiting the store where I purchased it, they weren't able to do it. Now we've got a working phone. A week later we're having storage issues. We had already installed an SD card so current pictures were transferred to the SD card. Suddenly we can't access pictures from the gallery. The only way to "view" the pictures is go to into files. I call Cricket, no one there can help so they tell me to call Samsung. Two hours later, it's determined that the phone is defective. I call Cricket and am told that I have to mail them the phone, it's a warranty issue. We've had the phone 10 days! So now we'll be without a phone for a few weeks? This is not an option. The good thing is, I can get out of this plan now. There is no waiting period. The bad, I have to buy a new phone and pay another $25 out of my pocket to go with another carrier. The hours and aggravation spent on the phone with this company is completely ridiculous. The reps are rude, they talk over you and are not trained properly. We're switching to AT&T which is what I should have done in the first place.

Tmobile - Horrible Customer Service!!! Dishonest Employees!!

I have been with the company since 2008 and I they have changed for the worse. They use to care about their customers, but now they only care for their profits. I have had issues with Samsung phones twice on less than 6 months!!! To get a replacement is rare without shelling out another couple hundred dollars. The service is poor and does not work in areas locally and when traveling. The Samsung phones are having problems but They do not notify customers or they run diagnostics that cause your phone crash then offer nothing but dishonesty and too concerned with placing blame then they tell you "you can always upgrade. Just pay $185 to get a phone today. " Sounds like a BIG SCAM TO ME!$!! They find ways to get out of warranties, the so called insurance, and accountability of misinforming customers!!! I also asked for a superior, Igor, and he was so much worse than the reps!! He was condesending, arrogant...but they care about customers? Doesn't sound like it to me! I would never recommend this company to anyone! Save your money, time and effort for a company who cares about customer satisfaction!
