Hi, I just want to informed some of you consumers out there.. I am being sale Electrics products for over 14 years.

I sales most likely flat panel TV , surround sound system, and appliances. I believe I being represented this manufacturer "Samsung" and selling you their products, I am sorry, I wanted to apologize on my behalf cause they are the worst company when it come to get your product to be replaced or getting a exchange... they want to give a refurbished product even though you TV was less then a month old. Their customer are very nasty.

They tell you they call you back no one did. They scream at you over the phone talking "supervisor " all the care about is your money. Please tell your friend and family don't invest on Samsung products.

They will put through *** the moment you have a problem with their product. I believed there are others great company that being out here for a very long time "SONY" who care more about their customers
