Tmobile - A couple months for a refund that is constantly being pushed back

I returned a phone (Samsung galaxy edge 7) that I had purchased from T-mobile online about 2 months ago and I have yet to receive a refund. I tried call and cancel my order because I was in the process of moving, and I was told that it couldn’t be canceled since it was already on route. So I called a t-mobile representative and asked if it was possible to deliver it to my new house, the person I spoke to on the phone assured me that it was possible, and yet the phone was still dropped off at my old house, thankfully I still had things to move that I saw the package. Since I bought a phone from a T-mobile store before the online purchase of the phone arrived, I called another representative to get a shipping label to send the one from online back. And because I had tracking on the package I know it was delivered to the address on the label, I called another representative (2/22/17) to see how long it would take to get reimbursed, I was given a 15-20 day time line after it was processed that my phone was in fact received. That in itself is a ridiculous time for a refund, but I took them at their word. By 3/17/17 I had yet to receive a refund and I had to call another representative to see what was going on, apparently thanks to the incompetence of whoever was in charge of returned products, the phone got lost in the process, but this representative assured me there was some kind of mistake and they found the phone and it was going to get processed in the next 20 days or so, once again I took them at their word. I called again last week (4/17/17) and I was told I would definitely get my refund by some time this week. I called again (4/26/17) for another representative to inform me that I would be waiting once again for quite some time to get my refund. I do not understand why it takes 60+ days to get a refund on something that take typically takes most companies to take care of in 7-12 business days, or at most 30, heck even Bestbuy has a return policy of 45 days with the receipt . If I get charged with a "restocking fee" I will be sure to sway everyone I can away from this company. All the representatives I have spoken with were very pleasant and did their jobs the way they should, but obviously there is some kind of lack in communication between departments if it takes this long to process a refund. This has been by far the most frustrating experience I have ever had with an online purchase.

Amazon - Product without warranty

In June 29 2016 I bought a Samsung Galax S7 on Amazon (the seller is Wireless Everything). For its reputation, I trusted Amazon to sell me a reliable cell phone. Less than a year later it stops working. I called the seller, they told me to call Samsung. Samsung does not offer warranty since the phone was made in Vietnam!!!!! and no one wants to take responsibility, since it is an internationally sourced phone. I wish I knew! The suggested I called Amazon. The product is outside Amazon`s exchange/return period. Amazon should not be selling products without warranty. I just lost $ 569.99 and no one is willing to come up with a solution. This is appalling! I will certainly be avoiding Amazon purchases from now on. And certainly not Samsung!

They lied to me saying I had 30 days to return purchase but it only referred to phone, not the $50 case and now I'm stuck with a $50 case I cannot use with my Samsung J7.

Moved from T-Mobile to Sprint on 10/21. I got a Samsung S7 phone and case which after 2 weeks I wasn't happy with the phone. I tried to find another phone which I liked, and I couldn't. I decided to leave Sprint within 14 days and visited a Corp store to do so. I was told I had 30 days and to think about it more. On Sat. the 5th I switched back to T-Mobile and on Sunday again tried to return the phone and case. I was told at the store that since it was past 14 days I could not return the case...and the phone had to be mailed back with a kit supplied through customer service. This after waiting 45 minutes in the store for help and an additional 30 in the store. I accomplished nothing. I called customer service and was cut off...hung up on and even switched to a number that was actually closed! I again called and was told that since it was past 14 days I could not return the case and I should sell it myself! This after I attempted 2 days earlier and was told I had 30 days to return it. Now I'm stuck with a $50 case that I can't use. This isn't over....never been lied to so much by such a major Corp and its reps.

We purchased a Samsung 7s from AT&T in March 2016. The phone will no longer turn on. The flash window is broken but the phones screen is not even scratched. This phone is 7months old but because of the flash is broken it gives AT&T the reason to wash their hands of it. We have been a customer of AT&Ts for 15 years. I went to the store and waited for several minutes only to be handed a card with a phone number on it. After two hours and four different people I got the same response. We can't help you

I was a huge fan of otterbox until i purchased a phone for my son. We left thr store with the S7 is the otterbix case. The next morning there was a crack on the screen(lower left) later that day a crack in the upper right corner. I called sprint they are not responsible and directed me to use the insurance ($200) for a phone that was 24 hours old. Samsung said it sounded like stress cracks(no assistance). ATT in Pompano Beach, Florida - Repair Policy and No Loaner for 4 Month Old Defective Samsung Phone

I have a Galaxy S7 Edge that will no longer fast charge. The phone can take over 3 hours to charge. I have taken it to 2 AT&T stores and the Samsung store at my local Best Buy. None of the chargers that they have will fast charge the phone. I spoke with AT&T support and they told me I need to contact Samsung. I spoke with Samsung support and the only solution is to send the phone to Samsung for repair as I live in Florida and there are no repair centers here. The repair will take from 8 to 11 business days, leaving me without a phone for what could be 2 weeks. I would love to know how you would deal with this if you were told this. This is my only form of outside contact as I do not have a house phone, and since we switched over to AT&T at the same time this was completed, i do not have any older phones that I can use. I think is is terrible that there is not a loaner phone policy for someone who has a defective phone that is just over 3 months old, and has no other form of outside communications. Instead, I have to suffer with this defective phone for the remaining time until I can trade it in. This is far from my first Samsung phone and since I just switched from Verizon to AT&T, it is not giving me a good feeling about what else I may encounter with AT&T. But without a loner phone to help support someone who is stuck having to send a defective phone in for repair is totally unfair to someone who depends on their phone for everything. I can tell you it will be my last Samsung phone. Those who purchase Samsung defective phones are stuck with them and by living in Florida, I am punished because they chose to not have a repair center here. This will not be my last post on the internet about this either.

Best Buy in Spokane, Washington - Cell Phone Prices Deceptive

Best Buy advertises cell phones for sale, but then does not mention you will be paying hundreds more for the phone by the carrier. The advertised price of $49.99 for a Samsung S7 is a lie. You can walk out the door buy paying that plus another fee, but then over the course of a contract, you end up paying hundreds more. Many never realize this. I had an on line associate (Mike G,) tell me I could hand over my $49.99 + the $40 fee and my monthly bill would not change at all. That is not true.
