I'm Samsung Galaxy 7 and they put me on the payment plan for the first week it was locking up on the Sprint logo when I called them they said I had to send it back to Samsung which I don't have time to do and be without a phone and so then about and had an pink purple...

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S 7 on January 1st 2017 for $374, but device was defected and exchanged it after 6 days. They rang me up original price for phone and I was told that they would adjust the price. *** people didn't adjust it yet and I am keep going back and fourth. They wasted my 6 hours every time I go to Germantown, Maryland Best Buy. I would not purchase anything even if its on sale. They are dumb and *** working in Best Buy and uneducated with no manner. They need to shut down best buy in Germantown Maryland, it is not worth opening it. Please close the best buy

After spending close to 700 on my phone and wanting a replacement due to defective issues and they want to send me a refurbished for replacement and for me to send a 25 co pay.Not acceptable

I bought a s7 Galaxy from Virgin Mobile USA.Had problems with the phone getting Extremely HOT where I had to put it down.Also all apps would foreclose.I wrote them and they told me what to try which I did but didn't help.So they advised me some other techqnics which I tried and nothing.This went on for days.Now Imam past the seven day return because of all the updates they advised me to do.So now it is non returnable.But I could PAY 25 dollars to have another shipped to me.I shouldn't have to pay anything if the phone is defective right? They send me a email saying they are not responsible for any defects.I don't want my money back I just want a phone that actually works like it should.I would never buy from them again.
