Sams Club in Joliet, Illinois - Purchased tv, parts missing screen damaged

Bought a 75 inch tv. The main cord was missing and there was so much glue on the screen, that the screen was damaged. Had to call Samsung for the cord because Sam's does not sell it. Had the tv for a week. Can't watch it, still waiting for a replacement. $2300 and it is still sitting on bedroom floor and can't watch it.

Tv doesn’t work after just a couple of years while they have a company wide problem with the capacitors they use in their TVs. The agent refused to cover the expense to fix it and says it’s not a problem anymore even though this problem is all over the internet with other consumers. He then hung up on me.
