Being a loyal samsung client I have a s5 a s5 mini and a tabs - samsung is going to lose market unless they wake up to the notion that as these are MOBILE devices they need to be supported worldwide - TELLING ME TO RETURN TO THE POINT OF PURCHASE IS A JOKE - lord forbid you buy a device in an airport dutyfree!! In the end if I cannot get any support I am better off buying a HTC for less money - then I will not be so out of pocket when I chuck the phone because it needs a minor repair. Worse still they go thro all the motions at the useless service centre - they agree that the phone is under warranty but refuse to make the repair under warranty - charges are then outrageous and they inform you with delight that the appliance will no longer be covered by warranty. Could become a apple client at this rate

Samsung Electronics - White dots on samsung dlp samsung customer service no help

Have the white dot problem that it seems a ton of people are having. They will replace dlp chips in certain models not mine. They know these chips are defective but claim it is wear and tear. My model is the hl56a650 serial number akwf3ckqa012 which Samsung claims doesn't have a chip problem. I have read numerous complaints about the same model and samsung always comes back with the same script it's out of warranty wear and tear ect. offer to set up a service and have me pay for the new chip and service. If the knowingly sell TVs with faulty hardware and then hide behind their one year warranty I cannot buy or recommend samsung again.

Were you told the television came with anything other than the one year warranty when you made the purchase? Have you checked with the retailer you purchased it through? Many people are uncomfortable with the short warranties some products come with an choose to purchase longer warranties through the retailer.

The problem is samsung using faulty chips and replacing some models and not others. Do you think a company like samsung should produce TVs that work outside the year warranty?

Samsung Electronics - Warranty Review from Flint, Michigan

I have had problems with this Galaxy S3 that started on my birthday 2/14/14 and its been down hill from there! This is the worse phone and customer service I ever experienced from Samsung as well as Sprint! I am pissed off!!! I dont have $400.00 for a new phone when this piece of carp is less than a year old! Samsung nor Sprint tried to remedy the problem with the screen going black for hours at a time! After calling and running around for months I hit the screen to get it to work and it fell out my hand on the floor. Now there is a hairline crack and they my warranty is null and void! The would have never falling if I didnt have to hit it..to get it to work! Just this weekend and Monday at my uncles furneral I missed calls and was not able to take pictures! After 24 hours of not operating this piece of *** decides to work when it feels like! Im stuck with this crappie phone until September 2015! Im thinking my next step is to go ahead and file a compliant with the BBB!

Best to just file a report with the Attorney General. BBB will take their bull *** lying response and determine they are trying to work things out and call it resolved. They are aware that phone has problems, they simply stop communication and let the consumer figure out what to do.

Samsung Electronics in West Palm Beach, Florida - Computer Monitor goes blank

I called tech support as monitor blacks out every once in a while. They told me to ship the monitor back for warranty service and that it would take 2 to 4 weeks to get it back. THAT IS IDIOTIC! What am I supposed to do for that four weeks of time without a monitor??? I cannot use my computer without a monitor and I use my computer every day for investing and money management. Your warranty (if reputable) should include a loaner monitor. I would be pleased to give them my credit card info to guarantee return of the loaner.

They have attractive model of phones but most of their mobiles start giving trouble even under warranty period & stays at service center over a period of months.... their mobiles are just like disease need to carry it to the irresponsible service center over and over again... Once the phone started giving trouble assume as It got cancer... and need a regular checkup at service center for the rest of its life.... The life span of Samsung mobiles are very short...... Note my complaint no....8458437454 My mobile was admitted for 50 days in ICU of your service center, I got discharged few days back. In future it may need further operations... You people had a drafted message to the facebook users as below.... ''Pls share your complaint no. and mobile no... Your complaint is with us.....will call you shortly''..... Making the facebook users and customers fool. Hey Friends think before investing a good amount while purchasing samsung mobiles.... Go and vist a nearby Samsung service center... you people will come to know how many unhappy and frustrated customers... Samsung had created their own policy..... which has holes and escapes.... They use to reinstall the firmware/software of the under warranty mobile easly. but when hardware problem comes, then they use to cry and replace with low quality and faulty hardwares..the mobiles initial problem may get resolved but I will star showing a different issue after this...... this is the worst day when I plan to buy samsung galaxy grand.....I had purchased galaxy grand on feb 2013. after 7 month chrome polish going off I went to the samsung center and I am surprised when representative ask me this is the normal thing pay 1650/- if you want to repair it.. but in warranty manual there is no mention as such.(its chargeable). regarding that issue I sent many no. of mail but nobody able to satisfied me.....its totally manufacturing fault but company denied completely... this is to request pls solve this issue if any one responsible person is there.and without giving me any updation my complaint close in system. its same for shameless company samsung 9266700585

Have yet to come across mobile chargers which are as faulty and poor in quality as that supplied with original GT-I9300. I purchased my mobile phone from an authorised dealer, Samsung cafe, Select City Mall, Saket, New Delhi in August 2012. One after another three mobile chargers have turned out to be defective. After about a months regular use they charge the mobile phone at a very very slow pace- full charging takes almost 10 to 12 hours. I wish Samsung had told me that they regularly supply faulty chargers. And now that the warranty period is over, am stuck with an expensive phone (which works quite ok) and a lousy, defective, third samsung mobile charger.

Samsung Electronics - Samsung Galaxy won't Recharge

My Samsung Galaxy Player worked fine just long enough to be out of warranty and now when I plug it in it refuses to recharge. I had this problem a week ago and after spending a few hours online trying to discover a fix for the problem, I rebooted and was able to recharge. Now, no matter how many times I shut it off and turn it on, it refuses to charge. There are hundreds of complaints from other Galaxy owners having problems with the plug, so it's obviously a SERIOUS DESIGN FLAW. My unit is now an expensive, useless brick. Samsung is getting a really bad online reputation for poor quality products. Do yourself a favor and buy an iPhone.

The microphone of my Samsung Galaxy S2 is not working. I have been to their Malad and Kandivali (in Mumbai) stores more than 5 times now and each time I had to wait for over half hour. They fix the jumper or something and it looks like it has been fixed when I collect it back on a new trip to their service center, but it malfunctions again within 2 hours, by that time I am already out of the service center. I need to repeat the whole thing again, find time and visit their center again. Immensely frustrated!
