I purchased a Samsung Smart TV in April 2017.When connected to our home wifi, the TV powers on whenever I turn my laptop on.

I have had the TV in for servicing 3 different occasions to 2 service depots for a total of 7 weeks and the problem was not fixed. For the past month, I have been communicating by online chat & email with Samsung discussing what they intend to do to correct the problem. I'm just getting the run-around, I don't think Samsung has any intention to resolve this problem.

It's very frustrating dealing with this company but I'll continue playing their games (wasting their employee resources) until they either resolve the problem or tell me to take a hike.This is the third Samsung TV I have owned, but if this is their idea of a quality product and customer service, it will be the last.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $700.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
