I purchased a 58" Plasma TV and a Fascinate Galaxy S cellular phone in the past month, both made by Samsung. On both purchases I have found Samsung unable and unwilling to provide timely or proper support of their products.
Each time I have called in I am told either there is nobody available to answer my questions or the person on the other end has no idea what they are doing and make up answers then try their best to get you off the phone (so when you find out they gave you the wrong answer, you have to call back again). I spend days trying to workout issues with these products and I'm going to give back the Cellular today, maybe the TV in the next week if the store doesn't come through.
I would not recommend Samsung. They might make a good product, but try figuring out how to use it on your own because they certainly won't be of any help.
