Shortly after buying a Samsung 67" DLP TV, I noticed a white spot issue that many others have been talking about online. I was not that bothered by it, so I let it go.

It got worse though to the point now that the TV is just about unwatchable with the constellation of white spots all over the screen. Apparently there was a lawsuit and a recall involved for their DLP TVs a few years ago, but my TV was not on the list.

To make a long story short, they say it is "normal" from the use of the TV. If it is normal for their TVs to do this after 5 years, I will definitely not be buying anything else from Samsung.

Reason of review: Poor customer service when dealing with a clearly defective product.

Monetary Loss: $750.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I liked: Tv when it worked.

I didn't like: Expensive tv lasting so little.
