My Samsung microwave oven, still under warranty, failed. In an attempt to get it fixed, I worked up to an 'executive' rep.

When I told him I couldn't read the serial number on a sticker inside the oven , he suggested I peel it off and use a magnifying glass. It was still illegible so I ended up with a higher level manager the next day. I told him of the problem with the serial number but that I still had the receipt proving it was still under warranty.

He informed me that I had voided the warranty by peeling off the sticker even though his ' executive' rep told me to do it. My oven is now in a land fill but people should be warned about Samsung.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
