I bought Samsung s3 about 3 months ago in jan,13. From the 1st week I started to have problems with its charging.
It loses its bettey very quickly for no reason n then would take forever to charge it again. It's so slow charging that in 10 hrs it would only charge 30-40% of it. I have taken it twice to the local Samsung customer service centre, each time they kept my phone for 4-5 days, 1st time they couldn't find any problem. 2nd time they said they have changed the motherboard but it hasn't fixed anything.
Samsung people are so insensitive to customers problem and inconvenience it causes. They don't take any responsibility for their products fault.
If it was Apple, straightway would have given me a replacement phone. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
